House has 2 extensions 1 on the side which is a converted garage. The other is an extension on the back. Both are flat roofs.
The garage roof leaks in a few places the other roof is looking quite tired but doesn't leak.
They're both quite long extensions.
The edge of the tiles on the main roof of the house could do with repointing.
