Darren came out this morning to fit a brand new steering fluid pump which I’ve been having problems with for weeks! He was very professional, quick and efficient! Fantastic service, very fast response and was able to fix the problem very quickly. Work also done completely Covid secure, with communication and payment via phone, no face to face contact and even sanitised the key after. Showed a real awareness around concerns about Covid, which I was very grateful for as we are a shielding household. I have never used a mobile mechanic before and as my usual garage didn't get back to me regarding the problem with my car and the pain of having to get it towed to the garage I thought why not ring a mobile nechanic. I spoke to Darren and told him what I thought was the problem. He said he would ring me back with a quote and within five minutes he did which was very reasonable. Booked him in for the repair and he showed up when he said he would. Job took about hour and a half and he was a lovely professional down to earth guy. Definitely be using his services again if I ever break down again. Thoroughly recommend him. .
