Customer ReviewsBy default, when you sign up to FreeIndex as a business you accept that your company can be reviewed by your customers and other users of the site. We reserve the right to remove any reviews that we believe haven't been posted by the customers themselves or where we believe the reviews may not be genuine. You have the opportunity in your account settings to disable reviews if you wish. If you disable reviews, your profile page will display a message to reflect that reviews have been disabled.If your company receives a negative review, you have the ability to respond underneath the review, posting your side of the story. It's very possible that you can turn the bad review into a positive situation by publicly demonstrating your level of customer support. Please note that we have implemented many automated checks and controls which help us to identify false, inaccurate and offensive reviews before they even go live. FreeIndex PremiumPremium Members will be automatically re-billed by WorldPay each month and will receive an email receipt each time they are billed.Premium Members can cancel their subscription at any time by using their WorldPay (FuturePay) username and password which is sent via email when signing up for the premium service. As we charge monthly, we have a 'no refund' policy. If premium membership is cancelled, it will stay active until the end of the period which has been paid for. In exceptional circumstances, we reserve the right to close a premium member's account without any claim to a refund if we find that they are in breach of the terms and conditions of the site. Premium members are bound by the terms and conditions of the site (as stated on this page) in the same way as any other site user. I.
