He also has an MA in Creative Writing (Pass with Distinction) from Bath Spa University.

I was working to tight deadlines and Ben was great - I really felt like he went out of his way to help me. The turn around time was super quick - I think Ben definitely knows what he is doing! The grammar checks and comments Ben provided were really helpful and definitely helped get the most out of my work and provide a polished finish. | 5.05 5.0 out of 5 - Ben proof read my PhD thesis, a ~200 page document using the track change function.
He suggested and made (after consulting with me) lots of useful changes regarding style and consistency. The turn around time was fantastic; I actually think that Ben made the changes faster than I accepted them (using the track change function). As this is a technical document (Engineering), there were certain concepts and phrases that Ben was not familiar with; in this case, he flagged (using comments) that the text didn’t sound right grammatically speaking and suggested some changes - he was mostly right in this case and I changed the text accordingly and run the changes past Ben (who happily checked them).
I have found Ben to be very helpful, patient and efficient and I would recommend him in the future.
