Craig inspected the car in advance, on two separate occasions, no charge, advising on the parts that needed to be replaced.
I rolled back in with the parts and he fitted them without issue.
Car now feels like it is supposed to again.
You really get the feeling that doing a good job is the priority there. And it was great being able to drop the car in early before work and pick it up at lunch.

| 4.75 4.7 out of 5 - Had ma car in to get the Timing Belt replaced before it went in for its MOT, left the car with Craig about half 8 and it was ready to go again by about half 12/1. Quick, reliable and highly recommended to anyone whos looks for a cheap but tusting garage. Will defo use again.

Car was due MOT and a few bits doing which it would not pass without. Unfortunately my husband ended up in hospital following a cycling accident. Craig went out of his way to make sure I could get the car fixed and MOT'd with minimal problems by arranging for an easer drop off and collection point closer to my home.
I am ashamed to say I very much leave the car maintenance up to my husband but I felt very confident and at ease with dealing with the garage at a very stressful time.
Will certainly use again.

| 5.05 5.0 out of 5 - Brilliant garage - quick, professional and good value for money. Had an MOT and needed minor repairs done - MOT was at 8AM, car was ready to drive away by Midday the same day! Has to be the best in Edinburgh if not the UK.

The work was good (we've had no problems since) and they don't do anything un-neccessary to up their costs which is the biggest fear when you go to garages. I'd highly recommend Steins.

You can imagine my shock that he was turning business away however what it showed to me was a great approach to ensure customer loyalty rather than saying yes to work that didn't need carried out. Highly recommend.
