Eddie has been most helpful in getting my website hosted and onto the web. Any email problems or technical issues are dealt with extremely quickly and efficiently. I would highly recommend using Softdata for your hosting and email provider, and will be using them for some SEO requirements in the future. They certainly seem to give the personal touch, that you are an important customer to them no matter how bog or small you are - highly recommended  Useful

I would have no hesitation in recommending softdata, the customer service levels are second to none and no question is a silly question. We have recently set up another business to run alongside our wedding planning business and we had no hesitation in employing the services of SoftData, in fact, we didn't even look at any other company. We are based in Southampton and although SoftData are based in Gloucestershire the distance has been immaterial, most of the work has been carried out either by phone or email, but when we needed a physical presence Eddie was more than happy to travel to us. Eddie of SoftData was so helpful, he solved the problems and had us up and running in no time. He wouldn't even take payment until the old renewal date, which was beyond the call of duty. We've had a few queries since, and he has solved it all with good grace and generosity. I wouldn't go anywhere else now.  Useful

After having server speed problems with another web hosting company, the decision was made to move 2 of our website over to Softdata Internet Ltd. Eddie made sure the transfers went without issue and went out of his way to make sure the line of communication was open in case of any problems over the short but critical transfer process. I got webspace to host my blog and Eddie (was great in therms of talking through the options but also giving me space to think it through. When I decided to go ahead, I gave Eddie a call, and then drove to my next business destination. When I got there, everything had been set up and ready to go. When I had a couple of issues and sent an email, expecting it to be picked up after the bank holiday weekend, Eddie got in touch almost immediately and sorted out where I was going wrong. I would (and do) recommend Softdata as a web-host to anyone wanting great value and even greater customer service.   Useful
