From initial enquiry, we will endeavour to accommodate a time convenient for you to visit the property and complete a survey of suspected problems.
Once a survey has been completed, a full and comprehensive report is sent stating nature of problem, recommended works and cost.
Every step is clearly explained in order to keep the customer informed at each stage of the process.

Andy started Refresh PSC in 2009 to fill a void in the market for a no nonsense, professional and trustworthy company that does what it says on the tin.

It was only a small job yet Refresh PSC gave it the priority, scheduling and attention to detail one might expect from a larger more lucrative role. They were reliable, everyone turned up exactly when they said they would, and kept to the promise that the flat would be protected from mess and left clean on departure. The wall was left in a finished state ready for redecoration without further input from us needed. The resulting paperwork and follow up was undertaken to the same level of diligence. On my experience thoroughly recommended.

Options were clearly explained both before and during the process and Andy was great at keeping us informed of who was doing what and when. The work was of a high standard. We have a 1 year old and everyone working on the job took great care to ensure that the place was kept safe and left clean at the end of each day. We'd definately recommend Andy, Karol and the team. We definately made the right decision to go with them.

A professional service and demonstrated a willingness to be flexible around the needs of their customer. Forthcoming with suggestions and advice in respect of the work.
Compared with previous damp work that we have had done, the flat was left in a very clean condition also.

Andy kept us informed of what was happening at all stages. Both Andy and Karol were polite and professional. We are very happy with the results, especially the quality of the plastering. Karol ensured that disruption was kept to a minimum and cleaned up at the end of each day, which was greatly appreciated.
I would definately recommend using Refresh to others and we would happliy use them again.
