My netbook went down and needed it fixing as I travel and take it everywhere with me. Sent the netbook to pc workshop and Kevin sorted it out within 24 hours. He was even able to save me my docs, pics etc and now as good as new. Really happy would definatley recommend to people.

I am a lecturer at a college and had a 32gb pen drive containing over 1200 documents which would not open and our on site tech guys said was corrupt and no chance of retrieving but took to PC workshop and he managed to save and transfer all documents to separate hard drive. Life savers as all lesson plans, hand outs etc involved.
Used Kevin some 3 years ago and remembered the quality of service. Not disappointed this time. Memory issue diagnosed within 2 hours and options offered. Actually ended up with two PCs - original rebooted and faster with cleaned up memory and complete refurbed DELL system - all for a very reasonable price and promise of aftercare. Mum and Dad happy. PC Workshop got rid of a nasty virus from my lap top, and installed a firewall. I phoned at 9:30am, dropped the laptop off at 10am and collected it the next morning. I couldn't have asked for better service or a more reasonable price. Kevin was open, honest and friendly whilst remaining proffessional - he explained clearly everything he had done. Had a broken PC screen so called a few different places around the Warrington area for a quote. PC Workshop was by far the cheapest and quickest. I called in the morning, took it in at lunchtime and had it back by 3pm. Kevin was very friendly and helpful and provided a great service - thoroughly recommended.
I just want to say what a fantastic job was done on my laptop and the price was excellent, I had visited a number of places but this was by far the best, within 2hours my computer was fixed compared to some places which said it would take 2 weeks! took my laptop to PC Workshop for them to look at a possible hard-drive fault. Kevin looked at it and found out it was a nasty virus and removed it, excellent service and price, would happily recommend to anyone, 10/10 guys thanks.
