5.0 out of 5 | Mike was courteous and enthusiastic in repairing a fault with my Mac. The pricing in comparison to most firms I checked out was very affordable. My impression of him is of someone that is passionate about computers and that he does genuinely care about doing his job well. These are not attributes I would normally apply to a computer repair man but in Mike's case it is appropriate. With patience and perseverance he solved the mystery and managed to retrieve the information we had lost. Our relief was palpable!
