KLM Plumbing and Heating Services is a Cardiff based Gas Safe registered company. Kris, the plumber and gas heating engineer has over 20 years experience. We offer everything from bathroom and central heating installations, to dripping tap washer replacements to customers throughout Cardiff and South Glamorgan. The family run firm was established 2004.

Kris is highly knowledgeable in every area and pays particular attention to the finer details of his work, seeing it as a craft as much as a trade. He was previously employed by another Cardiff firm for over 10 years, this is where he trained as an apprentice and developed his skills ready to set up his own business in 2004.
A great job provided by Kris who picked up from a previous plumber who let us down. My husband dabbled in a little plumbing but Kris finished off the job lovely. A great, efficient service and heating is working a treat. Would highly recommend!
The service Kris provided was outstanding in repairing my boiler. He came round within 2 hours and fixed the problem in 30 minutes. He is very polite and friendly and will have no hesitation in asking him to provide my boiler services in the future. Thank you Kris.

Being a tradesman my self in no that being reliable is every thing in Business, I phoned klm pluming when my boiler was broken and Explained we have a new born baby and the house was freezing this was on a Sunday morning I was hoping he would come out first thing Monday, in stead he was at my house with in the hour and boiler fixed he said he didn't won't to see the little one cold people like this are few and far between so thank you kristen.
Called late in the evening and Kris came out by 9am the following morning even in the snow and ice. He fixed a tap that wouldn't turn off. Excellent prices and even reduced the standard charge as it didn't take him long to replace the unit. We took his business card as we will definitely return for more work. Thanks Kris.
Kris turn up within an hour of calling. Our boiler problem turned out to be a very simple one which he spotted immediately but he took the time to check everything thoroughly and charged us a very reasonable call out fee. Very pleasant manner too. Would recommend and would happily use him again.
Kris was great. Timing: Arrive exactly on time. Work: When mentioned the problem knew what needed to be done. Did the job brilliantly and the quality of work was great. I would definitely recommend him to anyone who is looking for a genuine, good and reliable plumber.

I recently had a new combi boiler installed in my utility room and also had a larger radiator fitted in my conservatory.
Kris arrived promptly at the specified time and carried out the work in a clean, efficient and professional manner, including specific requests regarding location of pipework.
At all times Kris was polite and courteous and carried out the work to a high standard. I have no hesitation in recommending Kris's work and would definately use him again.
