They provided clear and detailed description of work to be done (very important for the insurance work), did the work as described to a very high standard, and left the property in a good state within the agreed timeframe and cost: I would never have thought this possible with builders, but Innovations cover all bases. Additionally in all their all dealings, both the Salters and their staff were trustworthy and respectful of people and property. Steve produced a very detailed quotation so I could see where my budget would be spent. They also liased extensively and professionally with the architects, planning department and other utility companies to ensure the job ran smoothly and on time. I did receive cheaper quotations from other companies but there was not enough detail in these quotes; which would have meant that this was never going to be the final figure!! We now have exactly what we wanted space wise made with qaulity materials and have had many amazing comments made by our friends and neighbours of the high quality of work done. The work was carried out to a high standard and all the builders treated our home with respect. They gave us a time scale for the job to be completed and kept to it, the job did not overrun, which was great. They even turned up in the snow to continue the work outside with the loft! Our requests were heard and acted upon with full co-operation. The standard of work is high and the cost is well worth it. Plus they do follow up calls to make sure the work is OK and we're happy wtih everything. It was a joy to have a building company in our house that didn't leave us feeling totally stressed out. Throughout the whole project the service and the standard of the work was beyond my expectations, and Steven and Alan were happy to be in constant text and phone consultation with me. 5.0 out of 5 | Innovation Interiors provided a complete overhaul of our four storey house which required several different phases as we organised our family life, including four children, around the project.
The work included the subdivision of bedrooms, new bathrooms, fitted wardrobes, under floor heating, new wooden flooring and culminated in the creation of a bespoke cantilevered zinc and glass extension to the kitchen. The quality of the work undertaken was excellent. We are delighted with the results and the manner in which they were achieved. In all aspects, Innovation Interiors were professional, honest, helpful and I have no hesitation in providing a glowing reference

4.3 out of 5 | Together with Innovation Interiors we have built an extension onto our house. We approached them requesting that they only build a shell and carry out all drainage and ground work. I myself am a builder but carry out mainly interior re-furbishment work.
The work was carried out to a high standard and their flexibility was much appreciated. The quality of materials was first class, and the older members of staff(the wise ones) passed on great information and tips.
A huge part of the job involved removing the rear back half of our house and installing steel beams to create a 44m2 living room. This was done in a single day and without any problems.
We are really happy with our new living area and have no problem to recommending this Professional Company to anybody.
