I refer to my previous review in which I left less than one star. I dispute the statement that you claim my husband tampered with the machine after you “apparently” repaired it. My treadmill was no longer fit for purpose and this was indeed confirmed by our independent assessor. You never at any point instructed an insurance assessor. Therefore that is why I now have a CCJ against your company for failure to repair correctly, leaving my treadmill inoperable I am also surprised to finally get an acknowledgment for my claim over five years since your poor works were carried out. CCJ still stands and will do until you acknowledge the fact of your poor repairs leaving myself greatly out of pocket.

After contacting a couple of companies to Check my treadmill cross trainer and rower the only people who didn't discard my enquiry were g. M. S they gave me advice on phone and diagnosed my problem on phone and quoted me price for parts and to come and repair. Which was acceptable. They replaced battery on cross trainer as screen wouldn't come up. My rower kept clicking on pulling chain cog was replaced my treadmill belt was retensioned all was carried out efficiently. Rob was very helpful and kept me informed about everything as result of there attitude I have now purchased a spin bike from them. Thank you for service.

Was bitterly disappointed with the service I received from Rob. My treadmill required a replacement running belt. When he carried out these works hy also serviced the motor unfortunately when replacing the motor it was over tightened leaving it to snap away from the frame. This left my machine beyond repair which in turn meant I paid £500 for repairs and then had to purchase a further machine at a cost of an additional £500.

Russell and Rob gave an excellent service and were very courteous and professional in all our dealings. The equipment (a cross trainer) was used during a 48 hour virtual ski across the Alps as a fund raising event for Edward's Trust. The machine was very user friendly and 'easy' to use and kept going without any problems for the whole event. It was delivered on time to the venue just as agreed and promptly collected after we had finished with it.

Bob and Tom were both fantastic and from the moment I made the call I knew I'd get great service. They cost a bit more than I'd hoped to pay, but it was definitely worth it especially when compared to the service I've received from other companies. They were professional and most significantly clean. They had blankets to protect my flooring when moving the equipment and even wore protective bags on their shoes to keep the missus happy when they walked through the living room. First class. They were knowledgeable about the equipment and seemed genuine in their advice on my best options. Thanks Guys!
