We will be better off throwing $680 in the garbage, at least you will save time and avoid frustration. Our nightmare started when they sent us the wrong printer with our system, the day after the system was dead, it wouldn't power on. We called support, we had to leave our number to be called later, that later was 7 hours later, Joseph (a nice guy) called me, I explained the problem and he apologized and promised to send replacement next business day for both the wrong printer and the defected pos system. That next business day was 9 days ago and I never received anything nor even received an email about the situation. Meanwhile I ordered a square system because we had to open our doors to customers, they delivered as promised on next business day. After the 9 days of silence from eposnow I called them for a refund, kayle (a nice lady) was on the phone and promised to create a refund request for the order. Nothing never happened. The feeling I got is that I made a deal not with a respectable company but more like a crackhead in a dark alley who sold you something and then run away. Oh, and that is not it…Our designated contact, named Leslie which was supposed to be the go to person for any matter related to setting up the system, training and any related problem never talked to us even once despite our 5 emails and countless phone calls during a period of 16 days. Suing the company. Signed up with EPOS and bought the hardware because the salesman agreed and promised on a recorded call to a 30 day trial and $59 a month. After I found out they charged me $103 a month and found out about the HIDDEN fees 20 days later ($20 a month per unit if you don’t use their credit processing service). Salesman never discussed this after I told him repeatedly I would be using my own credit processing. Didn’t want to mention it. Wasted 2 months of my time. They told me my claims were not found after they reviewed the recorded calls…. OK SHOW ME and let me listen to the calls. Tell me I’m wrong…. They refused. I know the questions I asked. I’m now suing them because they won’t allow me to return the $1600 worth of equipment I bought. Liars. Scum salesman. They will do whatever they can to get the sale. Awful experience. Anyone wanting to get one of the till from these people be very careful every single time they sent me an update through it knocked my till of then I I had to ring them for ten mins every time to get it back on and it happened between 40 and 50 times in the first year it was a complete joke then after the year has ended they have sent another update through knocked it of again and now want me to take out another years contact for ttechnical technical support whick which will cost another £200 to get my till working again whick which they have knocked of with there update now till is useless unless I I pay for there mistake worst system I I have ever had complete rubbish biggest con they break it every time so technical suppert support will cost you £200 per year as long as you use there till as its useless without it avoid these systems like the plague VERY RUDE CUSTOMER SERVICE HIS ONLY REPLY WAS PAY £199 to fix the problem they caused with there update.

I would like to thank Epos Now for the very quick delivery. We'd completed the contract for our pos with another company months in advance of us getting our premises, but on delivery date it didn't show up - we called up and the businesses had gone bankrupt. It put us under a bit of time pressure needing a fully operational EPOS system within a week. Epos Now helped us out by getting it dispatched the next day, and by getting an engineer onsite the day after to install it and train us! Thank you so much! It meant everything was in place for our grand opening. Also thank you to Mastercard, because they refunded the money we paid to the first company.

We was in need of a quick turn around for a new EPOS solution for our shop. We are due to open in 5 days and had been let down by another solutions providers at the last minute. I wish I would have found EPOS Now from the beginning as the service was brilliant and made the process so easy. The staff are friendly and really push their limits to make sure your needs are met. Dominique was the lady who I dealt with, she is very knowledgeable, friendly and really pushed to get the solution to us within the time frame. All in all, an extremely pleasant experience.

The process of buying the system was straightforward. Upon installation, the setting up and cataloging of the inventory was easy with minimal support required. On the occasions I've had to phone support, I have found them to be helpful and knowledgeable. I would recommend anyone thinking of buying an Epos system to give Epos Now a try.

Great epos system, excellent service. Highly recommend. After looking around for a new epos system for our hardware store, we found EPOSNOW were offering a system at a competitive price. From first contacting them they were helpful, informative, and patient with all our questions. We then found out out that they were based 20 miles away and invited us to come and see the system working if we wanted. After visiting them we decided to purchase a system and within a few days it was delivered. Simple and easy installation within 1 hour. Whenever we need help or any questions the customer service team are responsive, helpful and polite. With updates and features always being added to system it gives you great encouragement that they are really working hard to improve to an already great and user friendly system. I am new to the pub trade and the till systems used within it, however the excellent back-up support I have received from the EPOS Team has been second to none. I have called them at all hours of the day, several times a day and all of the operatives have been extremely knowledgeable and professional. The tills are very easy to use and I would thoroughly recommend them to anyone looking for this sort of system.

Thank you. We are just coming up to our 2nd full month since going live with Eposnow, and are absolutely over the moon with it. We have had nothing but positive response and support from the Epos staff, with helping us set up and get to grips with the system, be it via submitting a ticket or over the phone. Epos Now system VERY good and excellent service. I have a retail shop and has been using the basic cash register for a few years. When I found out this Epos system from Epos Now I decided to give them a call and the service from the sales team were excellent. They talked me through how the system work and shown me a demo online after the demo I bought the system straight away. Also the support team were excellent too I have called them a few times and the problem solved nearly straight away every time. The system offers a lots more reports than I expected it and also I can check the sale from my smart phone when I am away. Back office is also very good I can update the pricing, adding new products, running a report etc… at home or anywhere with the internet connection. My staffs and I found the system is so easy to use. I have already recommended to my friend to use get the system from Epos Now. I agree with the last review, they keep your card details and automatically take your money each year. When you sign up for a years 'support' it really means renewing you license subscription but good luck getting them to admit it up front. If payment is not made in time they block the use of the back office and hold you to ransom with only minutes notice by email. I do not feel 'valued' as a customer right now. Pity because it is a good system.

I reviewed epos before but I think I only gave it 3 stars. However after todays update they have added a feature that prints out the balance of the loyalty points each member has on every transaction. This makes the system perfect for us and was the primary reason we brought an epos system. The updates come thick and fast and I would totally recommend this system now to anyone running and members club or a similar business. Thanks Hayley.

We used Micrcpos in our old pub that was already in there when we took it over. I think the previous owners paid loads for it! Eposnow was quite a bit cheaper than we expected, however the system is perfect for what we need it to do. The company have been very good one the phone whenever we have needed them and Julian came out to install it for us. Best thing about it was the price!

I havent seen many epos now reviews online so I thought I would post one. Great service and cost. We have a epos system installed into our business to replace our ailing cash register. We had an extensive look on the web and found lots and lots of companies similar to epos now that offer this service. The stand out for us was the price and the service we received when getting the system installed fro the first call they made our choice pretty easy as the costs were clear and they were able to show us the system over the internet before we brought it. I cant understand why there are not more epos now reviews online as before we brought we had a look about and couldn't find much.

I was recommended to Epos Now by a friend in business. I normally don't leave reviews but Epos Now did give me excellent service and I have been searching for epos now reviews on the web but I couldn't find much before I brought. I had the benefit of seeing the system in action. I am a complete technophobe and its really hard to get an idea of what epos does from a website. I did get a few other quotes and Epos now were not the cheapest that I found but the sales person on the phone did a good job and had some good ideas of where it could help me and why I needed their system. The system arrived posted out to me, there was a install service but I'm a cheapskate! I called up and they helped me connect it all up. I did have a little bit of trouble setting up the printer but the customer service on the line got it all up and working fine.
