I contacted Cornish Hosting about SEO work that needed setting up on my site... It was Andrew the owner of the company who I spoke to and who quickly identified the things that needed to be done.. The changes were made the next day and two days later I was at the top of Google! Andrew was able to talk me through everything I needed to know after normal work hours when I was at home.. I cannot recommend Cornish enough.
We wanted to transfer our Drupal website to Cornwall. Cornish Hosting have been invited to inspect the site to make sure they can deal with it. The transfer of our website went very well, but couple of problems have cropped up since then.
We asked them to add Captcha to our login. They worked on it for two hours and then gave up, saying: "There must hundreds off scripts and cant possibly no them all. PS we have 1000s of customers and this is the first time we have been asked to work on Drupal so not much point us learning."
Also there is continual problem with emails. The company is price competitive and professional in the way they handle queries, but seem to lack some expertise, which they previously indicated they had.
What is attractive about Cornish Hosting to me is the fact that they are based in this country therefore easily contactable either by phone or online. The support team is efficient, friendly and very helpful. Also I have noticed the load speed is greatly improved.

I have been using Cornish Hosting for about 5 years now. I have never had any problems with my site. When you do need support they answer day or night with in a few minutes best hosting company I have ever been with.
I have been using American hosting companies for about 6 years simply because, they offer unlimited of everything (disc space, databases, emails, etc. ) at a cheaper rate per year. None of the American hosting companies I used had cPanel. They had their own style control panel which takes days to get used to. When I google-searched hosting companies in the UK, Cornish Hosting came up with the best reviews so I decided to try them for myself and for the company I work for. I must say that I was thrilled to bits when I made that phone call to Cornish Hosting and Andy and I have been friends since then. I normally work in the night and so anytime I stumble upon a problem, Cornish Hosting was there to help me out. Their cPanel is the easiest to use by far. I am currently on the Advanced Plan for web hosting, and 25GB disk space is just too much. I give them a big thumb-up and I recommend anyone looking for hosting services to try them and I'm positive you won't look anywhere else.
