Had a complete failure of Windows and Complex wiped Windows and reinstalled. Was advised to download software direct from the internet to ensure up to date. However I did not realise I had lost my antivirus software, Gmail and the Office suite, which I use regularly. It took a lot of time to reinstate them. While the work was being done, Complex said not to ring to find out when the computer would be ready, as it stops them getting on with their work, so I was not keen to ring them to ask for advice on getting the software back. As somebody who is a computer user but not good on the technical side, I felt the job was done, but the customer care/support was not there. I won't be using them again.

Excellent service, not perhaps the fastest, but entirely satisfied with repair to my MacBook Pro. Great to be able to trust someone to handle confidential information stored on the laptop.

My laptop that was used by grand kids to play Robloxs, got infected with a virus over Christmas. Grand kids were very upset but Steve pulled out the stops, repaired it quickly, and the kids were very happy.

This is the 2nd time Steve has saved me regarding Windows 10 update. I explained that I had important data I needed to save and he took a note of all things I needed saving. Repair to an IPad that would not charge. I found Steve very helpful and friendly. I collected the IPad the next day fully charged and working perfectly. The problem was a faulty charger. I felt the service I received was excellent and l was not overcharged for the replacement charger. I would recommend him if you had a faulty phone, tablet or computer.
