| | Company Response : Thank you for your comments we understand that the engineer accessed all visible cambers on your property and was under the impression that you may have over cambers under your decking at the rear of your property or at the side of your property
And before removing the decking our engineer suggested to contact your local Environmental Health Services or local council to see if they had any plans of the Drainage on your property before removing any decking
However if the Blockage was cleared in the visible cambers our engineer found on your property than a full refund will be given on inspection and we apologise for any inconvenience coursed

He was extremely thorough and went to great lengths to ensure the problem was completely fixed and that all the drains were cleared where others may have just cleared the main blockage and left.
