I called the company from my address in Kent to go to an address in Westcliff on Wednesday 25th January. This was to deal with a blocked drain. The time was agreed to suit me so that I could attend. Chris called and dealt with the problem. He was so efficient and very cheerful and helpful. I would recommend the company to anyone. The fee was very fair and worth every penny!!! Thank you Chris!

Phoned early on Saturday morning. Fixed price gave confidence and was cheapeer than other quote. Within an hour he was here. Extremely polite and helpful. Would definately recommend and use again.

Phoned Browns for a blocked outside drain after seeing the fixed price and the fact he was a local man. Was more than surprised that he was here within 10 mins. The most positive professional I have ever used ensuring me it would be a straight forward job, he was friendly and non-judgemental as far as the state of the property and put me at ease. He was straight to work explaining what he was doing and all was clear before long! Would use again although hope I wont have to.

Impressed. Called late Friday afternoon to clear blocked drain. We were told that they would be there in 1 hour - arrived before the hour!!
Blockage cleared efficiently (which was further down the line on neighbours property) No added costs - a fixed, very reasonable price for a job well done. Strongly recommend

Unblocked main bathroom and kitchen drain outlets. Brilliant! Said would be there within the hour and arrived within 30 mins. Great advice after unblocking the drains. Will definitely use again and recommend highly.

Blocked communal drains. Very friendly and efficient. Reasonably priced - no hidden costs. No extra charges for weekend call out or any 'extra' work done. Would highly recommend and have done so to fellow neighbours who were equally impressed with the service they received. Chris said 'I will not be beat!' and he wasn't! Top service!
I'm currently in the process of organising an annual drain 'service' to continue to keep drains flowing within our communal block and without any doubt be asking Browns Plumbing to do the job.
