Broadband Man

I recently had some laptops looked at by Don. He is a friendly guy however I have been left with issues that need rectifying. I have contacted Don but he seems reluctant to help resolve these problems and I've been left feeling extremely frustrated after paying for a service that hasn't delivered what was agreed.

This is the second time in five years we have called in Don to rescue of our computers. Our relatively new computer shut down completely. Don was able to identify the significant problem immediately and saved all the files to an external drive. Don is highly professional, reliable and goes that extra mile in service. Laptop was overheating and I was expecting the worst as it is nine years old. Don came along and sorted out the fan and also helped clear out junk, cookies and other stuff I don't understand!
