Full marks to Blindology for an excellent all round service at Plymouth Proprietary Library (est 1810) for protection with UV window blinds for their stock of 20,000 books. A great choice of products and some very helpful, honest and interesting information before choices were made. Plymouth Proprietary Library has recently received funding from the Heritage Lottery Fund and it was a pleasure to use the services of Blindology in our conservation work.
I contacted Neil after finding Blindology on the internet and I have to say, I didn't look back and when we need his services again I would not hesitate, I wouldn't look to go anywhere else. I was impressed with the response to my enquiry, the friendliness and the speed. Neil turned up on time as arranged at my mum's house. Mum is 86 and suffers with memory loss. Neil was very kind, polite, clear and helpful. Colour was important and Neil's advice in this respect, then as to the size of blinds, was much appreciated. I felt totally confident by the time he left that we had chosen well. It's difficult to find Neil's particular approach to his work these days, genuine interest and care about the finished effect. Importantly of course, the price and value for money I feel would be hard to beat. Needless to say, the blinds were ready on the day he said they would be, Neil arrived n time and professionally and efficiently fitted them within an hour, they look amazing. There was no fuss, no mess, this was so important with mum who cannot deal with the slightest upset to her routine - in fact, she really enjoyed the whole experience and even took part in choosing the colours and style. So, rather long winded Neil, but many sincere thanks for such a unique service and making the whole thing such an enjoyable experience, wishing you continuing success much deserved!

We had vertical blinds installed in our lounge over a year ago by Blindology - the results were amazing. We had been quoted by 'Hillarys' first. The price was crazy, the products not as good and the salesman was rude! Thank god Neil stepped in! He was friendly, polite and certainly not pushy. He had a massive range of colours, styles and fabrics too. When he came to install our blinds, he was punctual, quick and tidy! My husband and I were so impressed with the whole service, we asked Neil to come back and have just had another THREE sets of blinds installed! Thanks again.
