We lost most of our TV connections/signals throughout the house. I emailed Simon and later received a phone call from him. Simon set out his thoughts on what the problem might be and how it might be resolved and also informed me of the associated man power costs. He came out to see us the following day and within a short time he had diagnosed the source of the problem and provided a solution. Simon was good humoured and professional throughout his visit. He left after 1. 5 hours having fixed the original overall problem plus two further smaller problems. Simon is very professional and I would not hesitate to recommend him.
