Such a great experience from the 1st day of my 8 day course. Peter was patient calm and very thorough in his explanations and training using photos for extra guidance. Unfortunately I made a silly error and didnt pass 1st time but Peter kept in contact and he managed to arrange another test and I came back today and passed. Thanks Peter for everything such a great academy.

Peter was absolutely fantastic! After having a bad experience with a different driving school, I had completely lost confidence. He was so patient and reassuring, but also explained everything we did in such detail that it made me understand what I was doing but also why I was doing it. I could never in a million years imagine I would pass the first time, but I did after 25 hours with Peter. Thank you so much.

From the moment Peter met me at the station, I felt at ease. The course was well planned, manageable, and most importantly, was fun! I love driving and nerves have always got the better of me. I tried for 18 months to get a test in my local area. No joke. I eventually gave up and thought I'd try a 'crash course'. I don't find driving comes naturally to me, and this was my first ever test, so I'm not sure I had high hopes for myself. But my driving instructor Barry managed to work a miracle, and I passed! Quality instruction, and the hotel I stayed at -The Grange- was brilliant and everyone was incredibly friendly, and included a breakfast that set me up for the entire day. Wouldn't hesitate to do it again (though hopefully I won't need to). Great value and great results, thank you Pete!

Such a great experience from start to finish. My instructor Steve was probably the most patient and professional man I have ever met. Thanks to the quality of tuition I passed first time and would highly recommend Academy Driving School to anyone looking for an intensive driving course.

Had a great week with Peter the best instructor. Peter makes you feel comfortable relaxed and puts no pressure perfect organisation to do any course or lessons with by far. Coming up from Oxfordshire did not know the area but he made you feel like a local told you all the hot spots and where to go. Great accommodation as well felt like home away from home.

Passed first time with only Two fault! Barry was an amazing instructor and really helped me stay calm. I learned so much in 4 days that I didn’t learn in two months. Thank you and I will continue recommending academy intensive to my friends and family.

Worth it. Pete, my instructor, has been doing this for a long time and has the experience and knowledge to pass the test and become a confident driver. He covered all topics for the test and left ample time for me to work on parts of the test I am not confident in. When I do something wrong, he not only points it out but explains the correct way and why it is important for me to do it that way. It makes everything clearer and easier for me to navigate the road. Would recommend.

As an anxious driver I couldn’t have had a better instructor than Peter. He’s truly competent, gentle and a fantastic teacher and his positivity made me feel confident that I was going to pass, thank you Peter for teaching me everything I needed to learn to become a safe driver out on the road!

Very pleased with the result, all due to Stephen being an extremely patient and good instructor! If he can get me through the test, he should be able to get anyone to pass! I opted for 18 hrs intensive as I had recently taken (and failed) a driving test. This was just the right amount of time for me, and also King's Lynn made for a much better learning environment than my previous one (east London).

After being unsuccessful in a few previous driving tests, I did loads of research and am so grateful that I found the Academy intensive with Pete. The way the learning was explained to me was so clear, with photos and maps to 'connect the dots' of all that I was learning. Pete was incredibly patient, knowledgeable, helpful and encouraging in his approach and accommodated any request I had to repeat particular manoeuvres or re-visit locations that I had trouble with so that I could tweak my expertise. In my first practical driving test attempt with the Academy Driving School, I passed with only a handful of minors! I'm so grateful for the incredibly positive experience I had in my intensive and would recommend it unreservedly to anyone considering it. Thanks, Pete, for the training, and for helping me earn my driving freedom.

Pete was amazing, endless patience and a good sense of humour. Every little thing was explained as we went, and why we were doing it which I found so helpful. Excellent service, I chose the 25 hour course which was Brilliant to just tweak my maneuvers and improve my general driving around.

Would absolutely recommend Academy Intensive to anyone - Peter was a fantastic instructor, and I'm a much more confident driver because of his clear, patient tuition (which led to a pass). King's Lynn is great place to learn to drive, I did the 20hr course and I had the opportunity to get to grips with many different types of roads. Thank you so much Peter!

After Peter put up with me for 6 very long days, I passed my test first time. I can not express how grateful I am for his time and effort. I never thought I’d be passing my driving test, and here I am. I can’t recommend Peter enough, he made me feel so comfortable and at ease whilst I was driving and made sure I understood every step we were taking during the 6 days I was with him.
