Abbotts Bouncy Castles

We received an Amazing service from Abbotts Bouncy Castles. I hired a Bouncy Castle, Soft Play and Ball Pit for my son’s 1st Birthday, they were brilliant from start to finish. Arrived right on time, let us keep it a little longer which was so kind, and cleaned everything thoroughly before setting it up so it was ready for the kids straight away. The men who delivered and set up were so friendly and helpful - nothing was too much trouble. Made the day perfect! 10/10, would highly recommend to everyone. Thank you so much!

Any time I called to check about the bouncy castle and when it would arrived the lady was so lovely, helpful and polite even though was her day off ! Brilliant bouncy castle and brilliant delivery and collection! My new bouncy castle company to go to ! Thank you !

Been using Abbotts Bouncy Castles for 8 years now. Supplied every kids party we’ve had. Always deliver on time or early, always professional and a good service, castles are always clean and well looked after, never go anywhere else!

Extremely rude customer service, came to the party and said they couldn’t install the bouncy castle in that area and that they will give us the money back and left straight away. They didn’t even give us a chance to show them the inside garden to install there, which was a second alternative. When we called the office they said that they would only give partly refund. They hang up the phone and didn’t pick up again. I now have to be dealing with my bank and citizens advice to get my money back.

Great service, easily booked online and received confirmation emails and reminders. Arrived within allotted drop off and collection times, friendly and polite and very careful bringing bouncy castle through the house. Bouncy castle was clean and enjoyed by all the kids.
