Mr. PC has a network of home and small business based customers, situated mainly in and around the BS1, BS2 to BS30 and BS31 areas of Bristol and Bath - anywhere within 10 miles of Longwell Green such as Kingswood, Hanham, Fishponds, Emersons Green, Saltford, Bitton, Keynsham and Bath as well as central Bristol, Clifton, Redland, Horfield and Filton BS15, BS16 and BS17.

5.0 out of 5 | I had a Spyware problem on my laptop that was causing various problems when running Internet Explorer. I found this company through searching for local PC experts on Google. What impressed me about Mr. PC's service in particular was:
a) Competitive pricing
b) Regular contact from the company informing me of the progress they were making with the job. Note that this is from the company calling to update me, not me having to chase them!
c) Quick service - I was able to collect my laptop the next day (could have been sooner if I had wanted - see below)
d) Convenient collection - in this case I arranged an evening pick-up which was no problem for them at all.
e) Demonstration of repair - it was welcomed that I could check fully-working order of the laptop to my satisfaction before payment
f) Clear explanation of problem
g) Non-biased recommendation of products to avoid repetition of similar problems in the future.
