This is a note to tell you all about how great the guys at LEC are! My wife and I had arranged the holiday of a lifetime. We’re not millionaires but we saved hard, and booked a dream holiday…10 days in a beach bungalow in the Maldives! We waited a year for the date to come around…and decided to push the boat out, no long term parking and stress for us! No siree Bob! We decided to get an exec car down to Heathrow from our home near Melton Mowbray. Simon from LEC picked us up promptly, and their process sent us texts throughout the day, telling us they were on their way, and pickup time…great. The car was a lovely, clean shiny, new Discovery…and fitted all of our luggage with room to spare and we sat in leather lined comfort with bottles of water provided to keep us hydrated. So far so great! Then, Simon, who had the flight feeds on his phone, told us the US had bombed Iran and flights to the east were being cancelled! What?! Our hearts sank. We were booked for an overnight stay in the Sofitel at Heathrow for an early flight. Simon said, as he dropped us off at the hotel, ‘look, if your flight is cancelled, call us and we will find a way to get you home…. We will never leave you stranded at the airport!’ Next morning, our flight was cancelled and the travel agent said all flights to our destination were cancelled until further notice!’ Our holiday of a lifetime was ruined! Stress…. Will we lose our money…all that we’d saved? Put that to the back of our mind…how do we get home? We rang LEC…and whilst Simon was on another run, Mark at LEC, said, ‘don’t worry, I’m dropping off at Heathrow today, I can pick you up at 1pm is that okay?’ Okay?! It’s flipping fantastic. He picked us up in his beautiful grey Mercedes E class. Whatever happens tomorrow about refunds etc, can wait, but one thing’s for sure, you can always rely on the boys at LEC and their superb customer service and care. The order process was easy and clear. Mark, our driver, was on time, very well presented, polite and helpful. The taxi was spotless, comfortable and had phone chargers and water in both directions. We arrived safely and smoothly.

We used LEC for a transfer from Heathrow. Everything worked to perfection:- punctuality, communication, very comfortable stylish car, personable and professional driver. In spite of being somewhat jaded after a 24 hour journey we enjoyed the drive home and would use LEC again if practical to do so.

Hired a Mercedes for a wedding through LEC. Mark and the team were great at accommodating us with only a few weeks notice. Details were confirmed very quickly and payment was easy. Helped me get in and out of the car with my dress, giving my tips on how best to get in to make it easier for myself. Very chatty and friendly. Highly recommend!

We used LEC for the first time to go to Heathrow to one terminal and return from another. The obvious anxiety is will they turn up and do they know how to negotiate around traffic issues. Well they did turn up having made contact to advise who the driver was and the driver also made contact. The trip was faultless.
