Excellent friendly service. Just used the Bodmin branch, excellent service and the money was in my account within a few hours. I looked at one or two online dealers providing a postal service but Gold Traders provided a much higher amount. Would definitely use them again.

I made my 1st sale to Gold Traders UK today. A very helpful young lady by the name of Laura, talked me through the breakdown of the final valuation of the items I had sent to them. Laura even went to the bother of sending me pictures of the items that were not quite what I thought they were. Laura took her time and made a every effort to make sure I was satisfied with the whole process and the amount of money that was to be transferred into my bank account,. Which arrived on time as Laura said it would. I will be using this company again in the very near future, and would recommend anyone thinking of selling their gold and do the same as I did and use Gold Traders UK .

Well that was easy, the online process is quick and very straight forward and communications are fast and reassuring, I posted my item on Monday and it was received and fully processed on Tuesday with a higher than initially quoted valuation which was considerably higher than a local high chain. Extremely smooth way to sell some jewellery I inherited but wouldn’t wear. It included some broken items too and non working gold watches. I called before sending to clarify a few things about the postage for my items and was reassured. It was received by them the next morning, by 11. 30am I had my valuation, and the payment was in my account the same day by 4. 30pm. I was happy with the amount offered and had the option to accept it or not prior to the payment being issued. There was a full breakdown of metals analysed and quoted for. I would thoroughly recommend anyone to this company, and would use them again if I ever needed to sell any items.

I must admit, I was a bit sceptical of sending off my jewellery in the post; however, having read verified reviews I decided to give it a go. I couldn't be happier. The final valuation was only 25p off the estimate. I was notified for approval and payment received a few hours later. Very satisfied.

Honestly fantastic. Don't just take my word for it; get quotes elsewhere just as I did, and read reviews. I got nearly £100 more than Bullion by Post were offering and there was no messing about. I would use them time and again based on the service I've just had.

Visited the Wootton Bassett office in person. Brilliant lady on the desk, who went through the sorting, weighing and recording in front of me. Gave a price there and then which tied in with the online prices. I’d completed the form beforehand as originally was going to post items in. Payment was in account by early evening same day. I also telephoned the day before to make an enquiry which put me at ease. Would use again and recommend as a service. (Nice High Street to visit too. ).

First time using this company. Excellent service. Sent my jewellery on a Wednesday and payment in my bank on Thursday. Email confirming they had received the jewellery and also email to say money was aid into my bank. Easy and simple to use.
