As soon as we entered the premises they were friendly and engaged with us straight away. Requested online valuation. Completed immediately. Sent in item (at own cost by insured mail, ). Got the valuation on day the item arrived with them. Only marginally lower because of golf price fluctuations (could have been higher if gold prices had increased. I opted to be contacted before payment, which happened quickly. Posted yesterday, paid today-just over 24 hours from start to finish! Very slick. Process form was easily accessible. It was comprehensive with exact weights of items in each category including waste in the form of stones and filler. I was impressed with the whole procedure.
