Used this company a couple of times previously and again pleased with the prompt, efficient and honest service. Received more than expected for my gold as my weighing was not very accurate at 5gms. Gold Traders weighed at 6. 9 gms and paid me for that.

Absolutely stunning service. The whole process from mailing to getting a firm quote took less than 24hrs, with payment in my bank within 4 hours of accepting the valuation. Pricing was keen. Would recommend without doubt.

What a fabulous company! I posted my scrap gold on Thursday, and was notified when it arrived (the following day). Within hours of processing I received payment! I believe that the quote I received was a good price. After processing the final payment was higher than the original quote. I was nervous about engaging with this process, but I didn't need to be. It was all extremely straightforward. The final amount received was higher than the original quote which was a nice surprise.

I had 4 gold rings from family that had passed away and felt it was time to sell them so weigh them on my good scales (if no good scales go to the post office if you want a accurate weight) and came to 16 grams. So went to Gold Traders and the quote I got was way over £600! So sent them that day by special delivery and the next day got the actual price price was only just a bit less and was paid the same day! Great all round.

I am more than pleased with the way my claim was dealt with and the outcome. Very fast acknowledgement of receipt of the claim items and a very quick valuation all on the same day. I asked for a valuation before going ahead with the claim and it was a very detailed breakdown and I ended up with more than I had expected. The payment by BACS was very swift too.
