Bought new panel for an old system (9651 from circa 2005) as 1 key had stopped working and I wanted one that supports fobs. My original installer has moved out of the area and the guy I originally instructed to do the upgrade messed everything up setting the system to default settings. Steve was great. He fitted the new panel and reset the system from scratch at a very reasonable price. Supplied a new battery at modest cost. Very honest - he made no attempt to sell us anything instead telling us our existing system was perfectly serviceable. If I get any problems in future I know who to call!
