I wouldn\'t hesitate to recommend Howard Greenland for your sash windows. No sooner had I been in touch Howard was over to have a look at our windows and see how he could help and share his knowledge. His quote was competitive and arrived quickly. He was always in communication around timing. Our windows were a disaster with rotten areas, layers of old paint and no sash cords. We were pretty despairing of how we could improve things as we are in a conservation zone. Howard is very hard working and committed and good company! We are delighted with his workmanship and look forward to enjoying our restored and draught-proofed sash windows for many years to come. Thank you so very much Howard. Read Richard Shear\'s review below… It\'s been said already! If you\'re reading this one, here you go: Howard is a master of his craft. Highly competent, committed and conscientious. Following a site survey (his response time was Olympic standard), Howard provided a guide cost, also a summary of works. He repaired and restored six windows in a Grade II listed property on time, on spec and on budget. Delighted with his work. So is the building. I\'ll miss Howard being around the place to be honest, he\'s one of life\'s real contributors, generous in every respect. Deserves to have his diary filled with commissions. So glad my wife Andrea found you. She\'s good like that. Top job Sash Man.

Howard is an exceptional craftsman and the go-to guy for repairing sash windows and for any draft excluding solutions for traditional doors and windows.
He recently helped my mother with a project to repair and improve the draft excluders in a number of traditional exterior doors at her cottage. In addition, he assisted with a number of other tricky tasks which required the skills of an accomplished carpenter.
After conducting a thorough survey to assess what work was required, Howard subsequently completed the project in an expert, timely and friendly manner. I was impressed by how efficiently he worked and the fact that he made sure to tidy up once finished.
Given the age and character of the property, it was not possible to instal pre-configured draft proofing kits. Howard deployed his skills to build a bespoke solution for each door, which fitted perfectly and completely eliminated any draft.
He was extremely kind and generous and went above and beyond to resolve the various problems and help my mother. Howard is clearly focused on delivering first-class customer service and achieving an exceptional result for each client.
As a result of Howard’s expertise, my mother will be sure to keep warm this winter. Call him now before he’s snapped up by the BBC for The Repair Shop!
