Joanna and her team are excellent. Very knowledgeable, proactive, clear, and helpful. I have used Joanna 3 times in the last year (one as a joint surveyor and twice acting for me and my parents when neighbours were doing construction work). I would happily use Joanna again.

First for Party wall surveyors provide a fantastic service from the initial advice which is available up until 2200 daily all the way through to the delivery of the party wall award! Paul / Joanne and Dean are very knowledgeable and so so helpful and managed to help me out at so so short notice and within less than 24 hours provided me with a party wall award allowing my neighbour to continue with the work whilst considering our neighbours relationship! Joanne kept me up to date with continuous status updates and liaised with all parties involved including the builder! I highly recommend First Party Wall Surveyors for all party wall agreements! Can’t thank them enough!

Joanna was great - very professional and competent. We had a chimney breast removed and I didn\'t know that a party wall award would be needed until fairly late in the day - she outlined the process and answered all of my questions very clearly. We were working on a tight timeline and our case was turned around very quickly which was much appreciated.
