Training was very helpful for the stage I am at in terms of my work, each module was well planned out and put together in an professional manner. Paul the trainer running the course was really nice, laid back, and is clued up on what he is teaching. I had an fantastic experience working though the Engaging leadership course. I would 100% recommend Beyond Theory to others.

Aircare Compressor Services engaged with Beyond Theory to train / re-train all of our Managers in ILM recognised Engaging Leadership. This was arranged through Northamptonshire Chamber of Commerce. All of our team were blown away with the course content, modules but most of all - delivery!
