Had a scare with possible malware being downloaded. Got onto Lee and he quickly checked everything out and added some additional safe guards.

I was rather dubious when Lee told me how much he could improve my WiFi signal but improve it he has, more than I ever thought full strenth throughout the house on every device.

I had problems with my rather ancient computer. Lee gave me good advice on buying a new one and set it up for me. He is very knowledgable and efficient also patient, (I\'m not good with technology) I have no hesitation in reccomending him.

Reinstalling wi-fi router. Making the appointment was easy; the price quoted and charged was very reasonable. The appointment was kept on time and the service was good. I found the rating system a bit strange. \'Satisfactory\' is a bit of an understatement, but I can\'t say it was \'exceptional\' or \'better than expected\'. I expected good service and I got it.

I explained, over the phone, what my problem was in that I suspected I had a virus. I explained to Craig that all of a sudden the screen on my laptop went white and that an American voice pointed out that should I shut the page down I would loose everything on the computer. Craig gave me clear instructions on what to do, i.e. To just press the computers stop/on off button. He then made me an appointment to take the computer in for remedial work. When I attended the appointment Craig assured me that all would not be lost and that my computer would be made free of any viruses etc. I collected the computer in a relatively short period of time with the problem fixed and with an increased speed in the working of it. This being possibly due to the servicing of the machine at the same time as getting rid of the bugs. I had a great feeling that throughout the whole experience, I was treat as a friend not as a customer. If anything untoward to my computer in future I will be returning to Cartcom.

I accidentally deleted 292 GB of work data on an external hard drive. Lee worked on the now-blank hard drive for a couple of days, scanned for data and then manage to recover what his system scan found. Having received this recovered data, I can now see that around 80% of important work data has been recovered on a first attempt; which is great. Lee has agreed to undertake a deeper scan/make a second attempt to recover what wasn\'t found initially. Even if it turns out no further data is recovered, I appreciate Lee\'s efforts to recover what he can - this has been well worth the effort at a reasonable cost to me. Thanks, Graham.

P.S Lee has now managed to find and recover absolutely everything, so even better outcome than where we were after first attempt. Lee\'s persistence has paid off: hence the 5-Star ratings I\'ve now applied for the work he\'s now completed. Well done Lee. Thanks again. Graham

Took my laptop into workshop for diagnostics for 10 oclock appointment. Lee was waiting for my arrival. Problem resolved by 10.50. First class service as usual.
