I explained, over the phone, what my problem was in that I suspected I had a virus. I explained to Craig that all of a sudden the screen on my laptop went white and that an American voice pointed out that should I shut the page down I would loose everything on the computer. Craig gave me clear instructions on what to do, i.e. To just press the computers stop/on off button. He then made me an appointment to take the computer in for remedial work. When I attended the appointment Craig assured me that all would not be lost and that my computer would be made free of any viruses etc. I collected the computer in a relatively short period of time with the problem fixed and with an increased speed in the working of it. This being possibly due to the servicing of the machine at the same time as getting rid of the bugs. I had a great feeling that throughout the whole experience, I was treat as a friend not as a customer. If anything untoward to my computer in future I will be returning to Cartcom.

I accidentally deleted 292 GB of work data on an external hard drive. Lee worked on the now-blank hard drive for a couple of days, scanned for data and then manage to recover what his system scan found. Having received this recovered data, I can now see that around 80% of important work data has been recovered on a first attempt; which is great. Lee has agreed to undertake a deeper scan/make a second attempt to recover what wasn\'t found initially. Even if it turns out no further data is recovered, I appreciate Lee\'s efforts to recover what he can - this has been well worth the effort at a reasonable cost to me. Thanks, Graham.

P.S Lee has now managed to find and recover absolutely everything, so even better outcome than where we were after first attempt. Lee\'s persistence has paid off: hence the 5-Star ratings I\'ve now applied for the work he\'s now completed. Well done Lee. Thanks again. Graham

Cartcom maintain all our PC\'s and we have recently took out their full remote service which includes the anti-virus package too, so we have total piece of mind should anything go wrong Cartcom will monitor and fix where required.

Lee (cartcoms owner) has just recently set us up on VOIP phones he provided the handsets, set up all the Voip programming and also supply\'s the call packages. It is saving us an absolute fortune over our old BT system and phone lines. I would highly recommend anyone interested to contact Lee in the 1st instance as he will save you £££ !

Lee provides a friendly, knowledgeable, flexible efficient service, I would have no hesitation in recommending his services. We are pleased to have him on board providing us with our IT solutions!

I run a business from home and encountered a frustrating network problem where Wi-Fi connecting my two work PC\'s was no longer working. I subscribe to Lee\'s support service. Following my call, he arranged to call here and, when he duly called, found he could re-establish the connection by installing a replacement card. While here, Lee noticed my Desktop was running slower than it should be and suggested we arrange an in-depth remote scan/fix/tidy-up exercise that he\'d undertake a few days hence. That happened as arranged and performance has improved. Both actions are not something I could have sorted/handled, so Lee\'s professional service is worthwhile and I\'d recommend it to anyone.

I was able to drop off the laptop the following morning but I didn\'t realise that I would have to make a specific appointment to collect it. However I was able to make an appointment on site via the outside phone but it would have been helpful if I had been aware of this and so could have made the appointment at the time of dropping it off as it meant I was without it for a week rather than 4 days. Overall I was happy with the service.

Service on site excellent, but only average rating as the call centre that handled my booking was all over the place and quoted incorrect price (lower than list price). I told Cartwright\'s about this and they fixed for lower price.

I was very pleased with the work carried out on my computer, which had become infected by a variety of viruses and a browser hijacker. It was also discovered that I was working over the internet via a proxy server. The work was done remotely by Cartcom and has resulted in my computer working far more efficiently and securely. The help and advice given was first class and I have no hesitation in recommending the polite and professional manner in which I was dealt with. I will certainly be using Cartcom again if I have any issues in the future that I\'m unable to resolve myself.

Before you arrived Lee, I was in trouble, the computer just was doing it\'s own thing regardless of what I requested ( My keyboard was working one day and NOT the next ) thankfully a chap we all know came along and in a matter of minutes cured it....read more

He replaced the faulty Keyboard and now thanks to him I have NO problems.
