The service was excellent. We ordered four Vantage Connect radiators and an Eco panel XT and will definitely be back for more in the summer. Vantage is a great bit of kit as is the Eco panel which we ordered previously and now also have in the anthracite colour. They are extremely smart!

Great advice and service. Responded to my request for help immediately. Website was also easy to use. I bought Ecopanel Xt heaters for a new extension. They arrived on time and were quick and simple to install. They are great quality, nice looking and heat the rooms up fast. I found the set-up process and instructions easy to follow. I have recommended the Ecopanel Xt and will replace some older heaters next.

Excellent customer service. Tony responded within minutes when I had an issue with my radiator and was able to fix the issue very quickly. The radiators work really well.

Despite initial concerns, they are not expensive to run and they do make sense as an alternative to night storage heaters/ LPG/Oil. Purchased Economiser 2000watt model x 5 November 23 on neighbors recommendation. Would absolutely recommend.

We bought 8 Economiser radiators for our holiday home in Wester Ross and find them very quick to heat, and very responsive. The app. Is in fact quite fun to use - and I even managed to put the right photos to the right radiator - and it works (miracle) from our flat in Southampton, so I am in control of each radiator individually. The only fly in the ointment was the delivery - not Heating Experts fault - but it was fairly chaotic with dates arranged and broken over several days and the pallet was eventually deposited at the end of our driveway leaving our installer with the job of transferring them a further 1/4 mile. Two radiators suddenly didn\'t work, but Steve sorted it immediately - I had inadvertently pressed the Childlock button. So we know that works too! Great service and we are extremely pleased.

Thanks so much for taking the time to review. We really appreciate your feedback. We\'re happy to hear you are pleased with your new radiators, despite the delivery issues. As a side note - holding the down arrow for five seconds unlocks the radiator :-)
To explain, Wester Ross is around 700 miles from our warehouse, though the distance itself was not the issue. Your pallet went most of the way in 48 hours. Due to the remote delivery location and small population of the area, the nearest network depot is still some distance. They do not often visit Wester Ross. The final part of your delivery had to be carried out with a dedicated vehicle. We would usually have delivery made to he door, though on this occasion the restricted access prevented this. The level of communication that you had from the local depot was poor and we apologise. We will work on ways to improve this.

We love our Economiser heaters. They are well-engineered German appliances that just work very well. The company and staff are great. Not a bit of pressure or sales talk.
They quoted at a very good price. The radiators came on a truck with a very helpful driver and my electrician fitted them all for £300. The cost supplied and fitted was half that of the lowest previous quote. I could not be happier.
I recommend this company and particular thanks to Tony for his help and advice.
