Had a terminal click on the PC and just would not boot and even though I had built it from scratch I thought better having a pro investigate. I\'m so glad I did, after only 2 days with Neil and although he couldn\'t definitely identify the issue he deplugged, cleaned and plugged everything back in and trust me there are a lot of components. This fixed the problem and worth spending £40 on, nice bloke to deal with, he gives you confidence you are in good hands.

Had a performance issue with a relatively new laptop. High St shop suggested a rebuild at up to £60 without even looking at it !! Googled "laptop performance Prestatyn" and Itechlink came with good reviews. Emailed them outlining the problem at 11:00 and by 16:00 Neil had visited my property, identified and then resolved the problem, without a re-build, at 1/2 the cost. From here on they will be my first point of contact for any IT problems.
