I have been delighted with the service I have received from Thandi Nicholls. I was in a bit of a panic as to how to fill out my Tax Return. My initial conversation with Natalie allayed all my fears, her calm manner and professionalism has been exemplary. From start to finish (initially reviewing my previous years return and obtaining me a refund of over paid tax) to the filing of this years has been a smooth process. I only have a relatively small tax bill but it needs to be paid. Knowing how much their fees were going to be in advance gave me additional confidence.
