Recently purchased a ForceUSA G12. Pete and the team provided me with excellent advice regarding the systems available and helped me compare the G12 against the numerous systems out there. I opted for the installation which was well worth the money, the lads were very professional and installed the G12 within 6 hours. Used Gym RatZ for the first time to purchase some micro loader plates and a weight belt. Products were delivered in a timely fashion, are of good quality and appear to be good value for money. What was exceptional was the service I received from Debs. As part of the purchase of the micro loaders I had originally ordered a pair of 125g calibrated micro loaders at £31.20 a pair, as I couldn’t find a standard set on the website. Before processing the order Deb emailed me to inform me that she could replace this choice with 125g off the shelf option (which were the same as my other choices) for £15.57 a pair and that she could also reduce the carriage charge if I went with the " in stocks" product.. This resulted in a saving of £23.44.. Its not very often a company emails you to save you money!! So a big thank you to Gym RatZ and Deb in particular.. Would definitely recommend this company.

I spoke to GymRatz [GR initially for advice on a rower as I had narrowed it down to just two. GR gave me relevant impartial advice based on my specific needs with no pressure to transact. Having compared prices [using John Lewis as a \'gold standard\'it was clear that not only were GR very competative, they bettered JL due to the added value extras in their price.
Particularly impressive was the communication with GR before and after delivery -very proactive and caring - for example my query on connection of the heart rate monitor was answered very clearly. Reviews can be full of \'soundbites\'but I can, with absolute confidence, recommend this independent business.
