We had 12 Staff members attend the First Aid Course, everyone of the Staff members said the Trainer took time with them, made sure they understood everything being explained, went into great detail with them but made them all feel very relaxed, they felt this was one of the best Trainers we have had for First Aid Courses, all commented how professional he was but friendly.
