We had simplicity granite fit our kitchen worktop back in April 2018. We are very happy with the installation and product. Since then we developed a slight problem with one of worktop joint. I rang simplicity granite to inform them of the problem, I was assured that the problem would be dealt with asap. Just like to say that even with the Covid-19 situation simplicity granite came the next day and sorted the problem out. The two guys who came over to do the job were very friendly and had excellent customer service attitude. Thank you simplicity granite for your amazing after sale customer service.

Jermaine and Brad were very tidy and affable workmen and did a great job. I can\'t comment on value for money as it was included in the kitchen cost but selected the better than expected option as it required a response to be able to post the review.

All work done last November on time and with efficiency, very impressed with the precision employed when fitting. I watched them do it. It is now January and we had a major problem NOT OF THEIR DOING. We had to have the kitchen flue lined during the course of which we had a major soot fall. Soot everywhere.5 days on and we are still cleaning up. We phoned Lee to ask for advice on cleaning the worktops, and without us asking, two of the fitters came round and cleaned it all down for us. That\'s what I call old time service, a rarity nowadays.

Purchased the Platinum Zinc Quartz product which I found to be unique to Simplicity Granite. Exceptional looking product (in my view). Jamaine and Ryan did an excellent job of fitting our quartz worktops. They were very helpful with their suggestions when taking the template. They were both very friendly and polite and cleared up after completing the job. There was a slight problem with fitting the hob but this was sorted out the next day by Luke another helpful friendly and polite young man.
We would have no hesitation in recommending both Simplicity Granite and their installers.

Templating took an hour or so. The guy doing the templating had helpful suggestions, explained various options and made sure we were completely happy and understood exactly what we were going to get.
The worktops arrived 2 days early (turnaround of only 3 days!). The installation guys were very quick, helpful and very professional. The finished job is quite stunning and really sets off the remainder of the kitchen. Fabulous.

I contacted Simplicity Granite when we were thinking of upgrading our kitchen and utility room. I was provided with sound, balanced and constructive advice and given samples to take away. A competitive quotation was provided based on my own measurements and I was pleased to ask them to carry out the work. I changed the dates several times and this was not a problem for the company. Kitchen surfaces: Simplicity Granite were excellent from start to finish. We recieved a friendly service at the show room. The templating was done in our absence and we were sent photos, a video and had a detailed phone call to make sure everything we had asked for has been noted. They came and installed our kitchen surfaces in under a week. The surfaces look fantastic, the staff were on time, tidy and always at the other end of a phone to answer questions. We have been doing a lot of rennovation work at our property and have dealt with a range of standards in terms of tradesmen. We couldn\'t fault these guys, the entire process was completely stress free. Would use again in a heartbeat.

We decided to go and have a look, as they had the granite we eventually chose in stock, for us to view and choose our individual slab. We decided on our design and it was ordered the same day.
