Can\'t fault the service at all- every time I emailed a query or had a question, I received an answer within 24 hours. Has it not been for my own delaying running around getting everyone\'s addresses together I would have received my invites probably within a week or 2 of first contact, but as it was I left it very late and Justine was kind enough to send them out on express delivery once they were done so I received them within a few days.
The invites themselves look beautiful- even better than I had expected. They are printed on great quality pearlised card, I ordered envelopes with them too that are also pearlised. Most people that have received them have commented on how beautiful they look. The colour range was great- my wedding colour is duck egg blue and the \'Tiffany blue\' colour on the website matches perfectly. It has been a pain trying to find things that match the colour scheme but I\'m glad the invites do.
Everything about the invites from the layout on the invites to the font are perfect. After sending a deposit I was sent a proof of the invite so that I could look over it and confirm that what I saw was what I wanted. I can\'t recommend Paperchain stationery enough. I will be recommending them to all my friends and family that are due to be married. Weddings are stressful enough, it was nice to have this part of the wedding planning be stress free. Julie.

We ordered two sets of invitations for our wedding; ceremony and reception. Samples arrived very quickly and quality was great. Templates were easy to add our own message to and proofs were sent for us to check, by email within a couple of days. Lots of compliments from guests on the invitations! Beautiful wedding invitations, customised with each guest\'s name. Great attention to detail in terms of layout, font size etc. Possible to include lots of additional information on the invitation, so no need to have separate inserts printed - although these are available if required. Great customer service too, sample invitations arrived the day after they were ordered; speedy printing once I confirmed the order, and a delivery date to suit me was no problem at all. I\'m thrilled with the invitations which were reasonably priced and lovely quality. Printed envelopes for an extra 25p add a special finishing touch.

We were very happy with the quality of stationery and the service provided. Having ordered samples from several companies we thought the Paperchain Wedding Stationery was by far the best quality. The service provided was very efficient, from receiving the quote to the delivery of the invitations it took about two weeks. Justine responded to any queries quickly and kept us informed. We have had many compliments about the stationery and how lovely the invitations are (Lovebirds collection). I would recommend Paperchain Wedding Stationery to anyone getting married.

Wow wow wow - expectations surpassed at every opportunity.

After a less than ideal experience with another firm for our wedding invitations we decided to search for another company to provide all of our wedding stationary (order of service, table names, place names, seating plan and wedding breakfast menus). We were so pleased to find Paperchain, their website was easy to use and the quality of their paper is second to non - great quality and beautiful design. We Chose them initially based on this quality and could not recommend them more highly. The service we received was exceptional, Justine was easy to work with turn around proofs in tight timescales, patient and was even happy to adept their table plan to meet our requirements. The experience was stress free and the finished product was exceptional all of our guests commented on our order of service. If you use Paper chain you will not be disappointed. Enjoy!

We bought our wedding stationary with Paperchain because their designs are classic but beautiful and the prices are very reasonable. We found them to be extremely helpful, and everything arrived so quickly after we ordered. The products are gorgeous; we had loads of compliments about the design and the quality. They even managed to make us a bespoke sign when we needed to make guests aware of a last minute change to arrangements, and that still looked like a lovely piece of decoration to add to the day! I recommend this company to anyone.

I am very impressed with the servce and quality.

We left our wedding invitations until the last minute and in a bit of a panic I contacted Justine with my prefernces. I explained the reason for my haste and Justine helped considerably. Once we agreed on a design, our proofs were emailed across the same day. Furthermore, after we agreed the proofs our finalised invitations were delivered 5 days later.

Justine was very professional and helpful and the end product was timely, accurate and at a reasonalble cost. I found the whole experience to be a great one.

Will be recommending and using again!

I have just taken delivery of the Invitations and RSVP cards for my daughter\'s wedding and am so pleased with them. The quality of the cards, the service and value is exceptional. All I have to do is put stamps on the envelopes and post them. Everything else has been done. I can\'t wait to post them out. Justine has been so helpful with getting the wording right and the design. I cannot recommend Paperchain enough. Next will be menus, place cards and order of the day.

We have recently ordered both invitations and Orders of Service in the Sunshine range for our marriage blessing. The service from Paperchain can only be described as exceptional. The quality of the items far outweighed our expectations; the support and advice given was was beneficial, helpful, and personalised and nothing was too much trouble; the service was quick as was the delivery of the items and everything arrived on the day we were told they would. We would certainly have no hesitation in using Paperchain again in the future should the need arise and will certainly be recommending them to friends. Justine and Paperchain have provided an excellent service.

Whilst on first appearances it might seem like an expensive service on first appearance when planning your wedding, the cost includes a lot more than what you would think.

The items are personally designed with high quality proofs provided, an extremely patient provider in Justine and a top class product that you would be hard to find on the high street. We can\'t stress enough how good the quality of these products are!

Any changes we\'ve had made have been handled very well and the total cost was slightly less than we had budgeted.

Would happily use Paperchain again should I need a large amount stationery printed.

I am extremely happy with the wedding invitations (day and evening) supplied by Paperchain Wedding Stationery.
Justine has provided a simple, easy to use template that allowed us to include all the information we wanted in our own words - so much better than many other wedding stationery suppliers who had fixed templates that didn\'t suit us.
The service was friendly, efficient and of the highest quality too, so I can heartily recommend Justine and Paperchain to others.
We will return at a later date for our place names, table plan and menu cards.

We got married in September and ordered Stationery from the \'Elegance\' collection in silver for our Day invitations, Table Plan and Table Names and from the \'Tranquility\' collection in navy for our Evening invitations.

We asked for a selection of stationery with a slight French theme and Justine added the Eiffel Towers as a nice finishing touch. They look fantastic.
