Attending Chris\' Chi-Fit qigong class for about two years has improved my health immeasurably, reversing knee arthritis and improving a general state of well-being. Chris provides simple but profound exercises which are easily learned so that daily practice at home becomes straightforward. Yes, simple but profound so that the weekly classes challenge one to deepen the relaxation and further coordinate the breathing so as to improve the effectiveness of this ancient art. These classes are highly recommended.
