A few years of training in Qigong with Chris have resulted in the termination of arthritic knee pain and a distinct improvement in general health such that at 72 years of age I feel significantly more sprightly than when in my 60s. Chris inculcates a series of simple exercises which are easy to remember and thus incorporate into one\'s daily routine. One must be patient because the benefits are slow and progressive but deep and profound. Thanks Chris and the wisdom of China!

I was feeling fed up with stiff painful joints that made even Yoga difficult. After a little research, I felt QiGong classes may help. One term in and I have found that I\'m delighted with the results from this gentle method. I will be continuing, as I\'m confident that regular practice and learning more BDJ movements will increase the health benefits I have found. Thanks Chris.

I\'ve just started my second term of qigong with Chris I\'m enjoying it so much I\'ve signed up for two classes each week. (This is unusual for me I\'m more couch potato than exercise freak!) It\'s early days but I\'m already beginning to understand some of the finer details of the movements that Chris clearly demonstrates and I\'m recognising some improvement in my practice. The group consists of both men and women with a good mix of ages and experience. It\'s a friendly atmosphere everyone is encouraged to just start moving and Chris uses his observation skills to know when to intervene and adjust individual postures or demonstrate by breaking down the movement in easy to follow stages and explaining the principles of qigong in short \'sound bites\'. I\'m hoping/planning that this is the beginning of a regular exercise regime which will help enable me to have a long active retirement.

I have been attending Chris\'s Qigong group at Kings Stanley for several months now and am really enjoying the experience. Chris is a very patient teacher who listens to our moans (we all have aches and pains) and adjusts the lesson to suit our needs. I have asthma and arthritis and feel that Qigong is lessening my symptoms and I certainly take less pain killers than before I joined the group. I also find the class relaxing for the mind and body.

Attending Chris\' Chi-Fit qigong class for about two years has improved my health immeasurably, reversing knee arthritis and improving a general state of well-being. Chris provides simple but profound exercises which are easily learned so that daily practice at home becomes straightforward. Yes, simple but profound so that the weekly classes challenge one to deepen the relaxation and further coordinate the breathing so as to improve the effectiveness of this ancient art. These classes are highly recommended.
