I've been using Richard Patterson's service at HelpQuick for the past two years or so. I run a small business from home. Richard is knowledgeable, accessible, user-friendly, and he really does 'Help Quick.' I don't think I've had to wait longer than two working days between encountering a problem and having that problem solved.
