We had Steve for our First Aid at work course at Airbus Broughton. Steve was extremely friendly and knowledgeable and answered all questions thrown at him. He encouraged questions and would ensure everybody was happy with each phase. He even welcomed issues that may not necessarily be work based such as first aid on babies and children as there were young parents on the course. Steve mixed good humour along with the course and kept the atmosphere light and relaxed. Thanks Steve I feel a lot more confident if an issue inside or outside of work was to occur now. I would highly recommend him to others.

I attended the course as part of my Ofsted Paediatric first aid training and it was fantastic. Everything was explained really well and nothing was too much trouble. It was good to practice the \'practical\' part of first aid on the mannequins aswell as using each other as models.

Steve Clark has a natural way of teaching first aid. He sets his students at ease from the start and makes the courses fun and enjoyable. He guides you through the modules and practical sessions with reassuring advice and gives his students confidence throughout. He is a great mentor and has a vast knowledge and experience which is shown throughout his courses. 10/10

I have just completed my 3 day first aid training at Airbus and I just can\'t praise it enough.Steve Clark was an excellent tutor and mentor.
Learnt a lot in the short time.
Having attended and qualified,I feel confidence in carrying out my role.
The only crticism I would have is that I honestly feel It should be a 4 day course not 3.
He was ably assisted by Mrs Laura Ashton who I think will also be ann ecellent tutor.

Steve engages with the group he is teaching on an individual and group level. Each member of the group is encouraged to ask questions and this results in the learning outcomes being real for each individual. You feel encouraged to ask questions, even daft ones, and he will go over things until he is sure you have understood everything. The training book he supplies is excellent, small enough to carry about and very easy to dip into. I thorughly recommend his course.

We have had a number of training providers for first aid over the years and Steve was one of the best.

Better than other First Aid courses, teaches you everything you need to know if not more. I would reccommend this course to anyone working with children, or has children of their own.

Having forgot a lot about first aid,Steve gave me back my confidence,having only used plasters for the last three years you forget so many things,Steve puts everything across so well,and answers all questions you ask him

The course content was very good, and I came away very confident in the use of a de-fib unit. It was also nice to refresh in CPR skills as you can never have enough practice.All in all a very good course although the room provided to attendhe course in by my company was not insulated from outside noise which made it difficult to hear the videos etc.

I attended the DAN Instructor Trainer Workshop with Steve, in 27-29 / 11. His knowledge level was very high and i guess that everybody in the class gained much more things than expected. If i will be in the UK in the future, i would be glad to get an other course with Steve!

I have booked Steve Clark training to deliver a number of First Aid and AED courses over the past 3 years. The standards have been consistently high throughout this period and feedback is always excellent. I would not even bother looking anywhere else!!!

In company with other divers we attended this course with the trepidation that it would be the standard run of the mill course...however we were in for a pleasant surprise. It was well constructed with personal experiences from the trainers adapting to our needs as divers. It generated group discussion and the time just flew by instead of dragging as I have experienced when attending similar course run by different organisations in the past. We also had practical situations where we put into practise what we had learnt and left the course with knowledge and practical understanding of the subject .I would recommend this course and hope to return for my refresher in the future.

My partner and i were amongst a group of divers receiving specialist first aid training for divers in July 2008. We both have careers which require us to have, and to use our first aid knowledge on a regular basis. Having attended many courses over the years, i can say without a shadow of doubt, that this was the most informative enjoyable and productive course that i have been on. The content was comprehensive and thought provoking. The delivery was clear concise and professional. We both thoroughly enjoyed the experience.

I cooperate with Steve Clark on a regular basis since September 2007. I had a pleasure to conduct with him a few courses (general first aid field and specialised diving medicine courses) and can confirm that both his knowledge and skills represent very high level. During team teaching with Steve provider/rescuer and instructor level courses I always evaluate his lectures and practice sessions as outstanding and professional. Also Steve’s teaching approach is good. He is always putting an extra effort to keep his students as much comfortable as possible even during stressful, overloaded courses. I can definitely recommend Steve as a good person to take a first aid provider or instructor class.
