I am extremely satisfied with the service provided, both in terms of cost-effectiveness and the efficiency with which the work was organized. The customer service was outstanding, and the quality of the workmanship was exceptional. Without hesitation, I would utilize their services again and wholeheartedly recommend them to others.

He turned up on time on both occasions and got the job done in the allotted time. The new consumer unit resulted in several circuit faults being identified which needed troubleshooting. Martin stayed at the house for a good 5 hours after the job to do this work until all faults were cleared. He even called by the following day to follow up on a concern I had and he put that right too. It\'s good to have good tradesmen to call upon and I highly recommend Martin Day.

I chose to ask Martin Day Electrician\'s Ltd to install an ethernet cable in my house because his website was comprehensive and informative and he came across as friendly and knowledgeable on the telephone. Martin answered questions I had prior to the installation and he arrived promptly on the day we had arranged for him to do the work. He worked efficiently and with little disruption to me and my home. He and both his workers were friendly and respectful and they tidied up afterwards. Martin also responded promptly to and resolved a query I asked him after the job. I will be recommending him to others who I know who are looking for a good electrician.

A clear overview and plan of the work was given and discussed and the work was completed efficiently and cheerfully and in a comparatively short time. Safety certificates were provided after completion.
As this move has been problemmatical Martin has offered to return should any additional issues arise with the electrics after other work has been completed.

We are very happy with the quality of work, and the fact that we could still live in the house whilst the re-wire was carried out. We left Martin with a key to complete the re-wire whilst we were at work and were never left without power in the evenings with all the furniture being put back in place before we returned home.

I had been told by the purchasers\' electrician that the property I was selling required a full rewire. Martin did a periodic certificate of my property in order for me to understand whether this was necessary. He explained clearly what was accurate/inaccurate unclear about the purchasers\' periodic certifcate allowing me to negotiate with confidence (full rewire NOT required). This allowed me to achieve a better than expected outcome for a relatively small outlay. Martin also fixed a number of small faults gratis while doing his review. I found him to be highly professional courteous, helpful (e.g. coming out latish in the day to fix a relatively minor fault) and effective at communicating.

Martin replaced an old fuse box with a new consumer unit. This was done with high professionalism and to the electrical regulations and laws.
However once the oven was on for approximately 5 mins the RCD tripped, I called Martin and he was here within 2 hours to re-test everything, he could find no fault within the wiring or the RCD unit itself.
The problem turned out to be the oven heating element that only showed up now the new unit was in place!
I was extremely impressed with Martin\'s response and endeavour to look into the problem.
I have NEVER written or recommended a trades person before but I have no hesitation in recommending Martin.
Sometimes you only find out how good a supplier is when you have a problem and how they respond, Martin\'s response was exceptional and I would/will definitely use him again.

I can recommend Martin to anyone looking for an honest, reliable and excellent electrician who has fitted in with the time that work could be done which was often on the weekend.
