My daughter began training with the Risca club in June and she is thoroughly enjoying it! There is a friendly and welcoming atmosphere and the club is extremely well run and organised, with good communication. She receives continued support from the club members and is progressing so well as a result. I would definitely recommend this club to anybody considering taking a self-defence class.

really enjoy training in TBD, very friendly club with well structured classes and you can choose from loads of classes around south wales.

having trained with various clubs over the years I can safely say training with Total body defence has been the most influential, the knowledge and experience of the instructors is second to none. If your are looking for a very friendly and welcoming club and great value for money then you wont go far wrong, well structured and well organised.
