We recently had our boiler replaced by Michael and his colleague, and we couldn\'t be happier with the experience. Michael conducted a thorough inspection and identified the issue quickly. His professionalism and expertise were evident throughout the process. He communicated really well with us. We’re so glad to have our hot water supply restored now. Our boiler packed in without warning! A massive thank you to Michael, Steve and Dave who did an absolutely first class job in saving the day, quickly inspecting and then replacing it with a shiny new Worcester Bosch boiler during chilly December days!

A family business, the gents were a pleasure to deal with. Very responsive, with clear comms, ensuring timings for visit/installation worked best for us etc. A thorough, tidy job and with a clear explanation of how to run our new boiler.

Again a big thanks gents, really appreciated!

Promised to arrive and then didn’t. Very charming people and lovely to talk to, but that doesn’t excuse unreliable behaviour and no warning that they wont turn up. Probably good for a small job but I’m putting in new bathrooms and ended up having to find alternative plumbers.
