Would not touch this company with a barge pole. Called to ask for help with a problem. Said they could not help as it was a terraced house and an HMO, despite me explaining it was a self contained flat. Extremely rude and hung up on me. So much for the great service advertised. Unbelievable. Would not even give 1 star.

Excellent service which I highly recomend to anyone suffering from pest issues. We had a wasp infestation via a nest in the attic, in one of our bedrooms. I called this number at approximately 7pm and the very informative and helpful pest control guy was here the next morning by midday. He had travelled over 70 miles too for an excellent and fair price too. .

This is a local company that is competitively priced with a professional, thorough but friendly team. Denmore Premier Food Store can recommend as it uses their expertise to show Due Diligence. We have been on contract with them since their company started. They regularly inspect our premises ensuring we are free of Vermin, Ants, Cockroaches and Flies with the installation of various protective equipment.

We called Proactive when we found a large Ang nest in our garden venturing into the house. They were quick to respond and had someone sent within a few hours! Fantastic! When they came they were very polite and got on with the job straight away. The problem was solved and they have great advice too! I will definitely be using this company again should I need them again! Great service.

I used this company to come and kill a large area of ants. They turned up at the time agreed and carried out the work quickly and professionally would highly recommend.
