When it was a time to look for a nursery or childminder we were quite worried as you trust your most valuable “thing” to somebody else. We went to see quite a few nurseries and childmiders and we couldn’t wish for a better one. We are very happy and lucky to find Slavka, Ioana and the setting. The setting is brilliant, so many things for the little ones to learn, explore, enjoy. Outside setting is set up with so much to do for kids too. Ioana, Slavka and the rest of the team are so sweet and kind. My little one is looked after the best way we would wish for. My little princess goes happy to the childminder setting and is very happy when I pick her up end of the day. She loves the setting and the team. We couldn’t recommend enough this setting and are so thankful that we have found exactly this setting.

Our son has been attending caring hands for 3 days a week for a year. In that time he has made huge strides linguistically and socially. A lot of this is down to the care and attention that the staff at caring hand have shown him. We now have a second baby and wouldn\'t hesitate to send him to caring hands too. We liked the caring hands environment as it felt like a home from home. It wasn\'t too big and it felt like a natural place to go when being away from his parents for the first time.

When we first started thinking about childcare for our son, we weren’t sure if a childminder or a nursery would be better. The nurseries all seemed so large, busy and overwhelming, whereas most childminders work on their own with 2 or 3 children. So, when we came across Caring Hands which has 2 childminders and 2 assistants working together was like a perfect compromise.
From the first visit we fell in love with bright, clean, homely atmosphere there and the kind and dedicated way in which Slavka talked about the setting and the children in her care.
The setting is excellent. Every day includes stimulating, exciting and different activities for children. Atmosphere there is always peaceful, relaxed and everything seems to be well organised. The play room has an excellent range of activities which opens to an outside area where the children can also play. The food and snacks provided are healthy, and my son always eats well there.
It is quite a small and intimate setting as well, so I know that my son is getting care and attention he needs as Caring Hands staff are always making great effort to respond to individual children\'s needs. Also, we are always kept well-informed by the staff of our son progress receiving a daily report advising about his activities and interaction, what he has eaten and how he has been for a day.
In summary I couldn\'t recommend a better, more experienced childminder and I feel completely confident that my son is getting the best possible care at Caring Hands.

Since we become parents, our life changed completely. All what we focused on is be sure we are giving our little boy the best opportunity to grow up. It looks like our first big decision is sort it out with great result. We choose “Caring Hands” because from first moment melt our hearts. This is great place as a beginning educational journey. If you look for nice, cosy, friendly and also professional environment where you child will be happy and impressive develop - this is it.
Staff is high qualified and outstanding take care about kids in every part of they develop follow the rules of EYFS. They helped to settle into the routine in astonish style with no tears. Our not even one years old son, soon after few weeks was confidently become a member of setting as the youngest one. In the morning he can’t wait to go there. We drop him off there and know that he is safe and happy, having fun. Everyday he is learning something new from great prepared activity focused on different subject and that is amazing to see how they learn him to do more things independently. It is lovely to see the people around my child allow him to enjoy life and surroundings e.g. Try different textures, take part of baking or even to play in puddles!).
We are so proud of how the ladies from the staff cooperate with us and follow our ideas of growing him up. They have always been warm and friendly and supportive of any requests made. It is great to receive daily report with details about his day in setting and significant moment. The book about Our child development what they providing is just magic and for sure will do a great memory of his childhood.
We are truly believe that this place is one of the outstanding setting in Stratford area. We are happy to have our little boy there. Definitely we can recommend.

Our daughter has been in the care of Slavka and her team for nearly two and a half years. During that time she has developed amazingly in so many areas it would take an age to write down here.
Caring Hands offers a rounded program of education and play with genuine care from all the childminders and nannies, so much so that our daughter often fondly refers to specific carers at home, there is a real connection there.
Her wellbeing and progress is also well managed and documented. Caring Hands create the perfect balance of warmth, care and professionalism in all the right areas.
