Cat is a truly wonderful therapist, to get good treatment at any level for any ailment whatever that may be the person treating you needs to understand you and be willing to listen and listen well before embarking on the healing journey, Cat does just that in a wonderful friendly way, making you feel at ease, helps you understand messages that your body is giving you, she is a wealth of knowledge about all things of the body, diet, and things that can affect it, I wasn’t sure what reflexology was all about but it has certainly helped me recover from serious stomach and digestive problems.

After having 6 months of chemo, then surgery followed by 5 weeks of daily radiotherapy I was advised to try reflexlogy to help my body heal…Honestly it was the best thing ever.
Cat is not only good at reflexlogy but has huge knowledge of the body and how it heals etc. The service Cat gives is always amazing. In the sessions I just relax and am able to switch off totally and go into a complete day dream. After a session with Cat I feel totally relaxed and chilled. Highly recommend this lovely lady xx.
