We have taken Boxfill Storage and removals to court as they lost £5000 of our items during a removal and storage contract. We won our case. Boxfill now have a CCJ against them but despite this and numerous requests to settle the debt Boxfill have refused. We are now starting bailiff proceedings against Boxfill to recover our debt.
Trustatrader have confirmed that they do not endorse Boxfill and that, despite Boxfill continuing advertise that they are members, they were removed from their list of trusted traders several years ago. ‘Which’ confirmed that Boxfill had used their logo illegally also.

Company response : I am sorry that this customer is upset and feels the need to put 3 reviews on to try and bring down our ratings and discredit our company. Boxfill has been established for over 25 years with an excellent reputation and has 100s of happy customers who are still using our services.
With all businesses incidents do happen and some customers choose not to take out our insurance which we always recommend as in this case our insurance was declined by the customer, despite this we have our own insurance which is dealing with the above showing our trustworthiness and professionalism with regards to our business.
Regarding TrustATrader and Which we have not been removed from their platforms we chose to stop paying for their services as we no longer needed their endorsements or advertising as our company is flourishing without paying out for unnecessary advertising on these sites.

Really expensive charged my sister to move an average vans size of furniture and store it £595 for a 4week period.3 weeks on my sister ask to have her belongings delivered to her new address approximately 7miles away. Really expensive charged my sister to move an average vans size of furniture and store it £595 for a 4week period.3 weeks on my sister ask to have her belongings delivered to her new address approximately 7miles away. To our surprise tried to charge her another £400. Total for 3weeks in a storage unit she could even get access too, unless you made contact with one of there staff who offered limited time period and days. Sadly the owner Zuki was meant to be a close friend of my late father. However no favours given to my vulnerable sister. Overall very stressful experience dealing with this company. Suggest have a good look around before using this company.

We\'ve used Boxfill for storage for a number of years now and we always find the team approachable and willing to \'go the extra mile\'. It\'s not yellow box, but that is not what we wanted. Great work guys - keep it up.

We used Boxfill to transfer our stored items from current storage providers into Boxfill\'s own storage. We were given verbal and written information beforehand and was shown the given storage area. Paul and his team adhered to all they promised and worked in a professional, courteous and careful manner. We made some additional requests (i.e. To transport one item to our home) and they went \'above and beyond\' to ensure our needs were met. I would use again.
