Lilian went above and beyond to ensure that I got exactly the product I wanted. It was a one-off napkin personalised ring to match others bought in France. Lilian even matched the font brilliantly. From start to finish it has been a delightful experience doing business with pictures on wood. Would highly recommend this company. Everything was very easy and Lilian was in contact regularly to ensure all was correct. Easy to pay and fast delivery. Top marks.

I ordered personalised leather bookmarks as an anniversary gift which were very well received. They were very pleased with the idea and quality. A very nice gift card was included too at no extra cost. I made an error when ordering but it was not a problem to have this corrected and I found the service was very helpful and friendly. I have no hesitation in recommending the company and will keep them in mind for future gifts.
