I had over three problems with my old laptop from screen replacement, upgrade, to the charger and mains adaptor - Alex has fixed them all. Considering this laptop has two operating systems and he has repaired both of them and it is a very old computer. I feel he did very well indeed at a very reasonable price.

I went to another computer repair shop in Braintree before I contacted Alex. There, they couldn\'t repair my laptop, as they couldn\'t find the part it needed (my keyboard was broken and some keys didn\'t work). I\'ve then contacted Alex who right away found the part for my laptop. He was very thorough and made sure that the part was exactly the one that was needed. It took him a day to replace the part (which is very little, considering he had to completely desmantle the laptop) and the laptop now looks and feels brand new. Great job and highly recommended!

I checked out and contacted at least 6 computer firms in the area prior to having work carried out by Alex. Though I explained what I wanted and very clearly, not all seemed to understand, and the estimated cost varied. I wanted to have windows 10 installed on a new hard drive alongside my existing hard drive with Windows 7, then being able to choose which operating system to use. I supplied windows 10. No problems with Alex, my computer was collected (and returned), all was installed as I wanted and worked better than I anticipated and at a very reasonable cost. I will use again.

As a company we rely heavily on our computers being operational, when anything goes wrong Alex is always able you fix the issue and get us up and running again. We receive a fantastic service for a fantastic price, we wouldn\'t go with anyone else.

Alex repaired my laptop at one third of the cost that the manufacturer quoted. The repair is of excellent quality and he kept me informed through out and completed the repair quickly. I would definitely recommend him.
