J\'ai pratiqué des seances à distance par video avec Sylvie. Pendant la période d\'épidémie et de couvre feu c\'est très pratique et sécurisant.
La liaison informatique est très facile : Sylvie s\'occupe de vous inviter à une réunion. Vous acceptez. C\'est connecté !
L\'effet est très positif même sur une seule séance. Vous sortez détendue physiquement (on detend les epaules et le cou après une journée au bureau!) et psychologiquement. Les cours en groupes sont possible et aussi sympatique qu\'en présenciel.

I cannot recommend Sylvie highly enough! she is an extremely talented Reflexologist, coupled with an insightful and spiritual approach, I have found the Reflexology sessions hugely powerful and helpful.
I first attended with significant joint, sciatic and emotional pain. I was prepared for \'the long haul\' and now after 6 appointments am beginning to notice improvements. I also had a recent flare up of Psoriasis, which she has been able to advise on, I recently changed my diet to augment the treatment from Sylvie, again early days, but believe it will ultimately result in overall improvement. I fully intend to continue the treatment, as someone with a hectic lifestyle it would be easy for me to \'put this treatment on hold\', however such is the faith I have in Sylvies\' skill and knowledge, I will make the time. As Sylvie would say, we all deserve balance and wellness in our lives.

I cannot rate sylvie high enough! Instantly she made me feel welcome and settled me in for my facial reflexology (something I\'ve never tried before, only had the traditional foot reflexology) it was the most amazing sensation as I felt different parts of my body tingling as she massaged my face. I later learnt this was because she was stimulating certain points. I would definitely recommend sylvie and anyone to try facial reflexology. Hoping to book with her again soon.

Sylvie\'s reflexology is second to none. I\'ve been seeing her for a few months now and the work she is doing is really helping me. The treatment is very relaxing and in itself is a pleasure to receive. But I feel it working to help my ailments too...read more
Sylvie\'s reflexology is second to none. I\'ve been seeing her for a few months now and the work she is doing is really helping me. The treatment is very relaxing and in itself is a pleasure to receive. But I feel it working to help my ailments too which is great. Sylvie is teaching me a lot about the Alexender Technique too and I\'m really looking forward to attending an introduction and 5 week course starting in February.
